Types of care we provide:
Residential Care – is for those looking for daily support, care and companionship from our caring and professional team.
Dementia Care – is provided by our experienced team who receive dementia-specific care training and support from our own dementia specialist Admiral Nurses.
Respite Care – provides the opportunity to experience Grace Care Centre with a short-term stay, whether it is for a break, a convalescent period, or to cover family holiday.
Day Care - Grace Care Centre is now offering Day Care from just £49 per day, Day Care includes dedicated activities, a freshly cooked nutritious meal and companionship from our residents and team.
