Take a stroll through our enchanting light trail, spanning 36 acres of magical woodland.
Get crafty in our elf workshop, and take part in a variety of festive activities, then visit Santa's Grotto and getting a photo with the main man himself!
Warm up with a delicious hot chocolate and explore our Christmas Market for the perfect holiday gifts.
Tickets are £7.50 per child, and £5 per adult.

Enjoy light-hearted Christmas drama from members of St Michael’s Church, woven around well-known traditional carols for everyone to sing along. The Medieval Barn makes a very atmospheric setting for a quirky re-telling of the old Christmas story. A lovely community event and a great start to the festive season for all ages.

Yate Shopping Centre
Santa’s Grotto will be open from November 30th on every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm, and Monday 23rd December, closing at 1pm on Tuesday 24th December.
Entry to the Grotto is free, with each child receiving a free sticker and certificate, but visitors are invited to make a £1 contribution towards the nominated charity, the local Jessie May Children’s Hospital, for each visit.

A local choir will be singing carols in aid of the Great Western Air Ambulance Charity (GWAAC) from 11:00 on Tuesday 10 December. The event will take place at its charity shop on Thornbury High Street, next to Tesoro Lounge.
GWAAC is part of the regional 999 emergency response service, working to save lives across Bristol, South Gloucestershire and beyond. When every second counts, GWAAC provides emergency care to people who are in a state so critical that they require the specialist skills of the team at the scene of the accident or medical incident.

Back for our 10th year, we are pleased to offer three weekends of Christmas Workshops, including a whole day workshop on Saturday 14th where you will make a Christmas wreath and a table decoration and have a home cooked lunch. Our workshops will be delivered from our own site in Latteridge, between Iron Acton and Thornbury in our lovely spacious wooden workshop, which will be decorated with some festive cheer.

Santa’s Grotto will be open from November 30th on every Saturday and Sunday from 10am-4pm, and Monday 23rd December, closing at 1pm on Tuesday 24th December.
Entry to the Grotto is free, with each child receiving a free sticker and certificate, but visitors are invited to make a £1 contribution towards the nominated charity, the local Jessie May Children’s Hospital, for each visit.

The Berkeley Castle Orchestral Christmas Concert 2024 will take place on Sunday 15 December at 6pm with Reception from 5pm.
Launched in 2002, this wonderful event has delighted audiences for over 20 years with its music, festive fare and wine and the magical atmosphere in this beautiful historic venue made seasonal with twinkling lights and Christmas trees.
The music will again be a mix of works from the Baroque through to the 20th century, and Orchestra Pro Anima, directed from the violin by Michael Bochmann MBE, will be joined by celebrated clarinettist Robert Plane in the much-loved Mozart Clarinet Concerto.

Families are welcome to join us for carol singing in the area of Eastland Road.
We start at the hall, sing for about an hour and return to the hall for hot drinks etc.
