We are looking for a Chef de partie to join our kitchen team.
We are looking for someone to run our starters and dessert section and make it their own. You will be responsible for the preparation of all starters and desserts that leave the kitchen. So a fresh food background and the knowledge of being able to make food from scratch is required (though training can be offered for the right person if required) You will be responsible for your own ordering for your section and keeping your section clean and tidy at all times.
The Swan is a family ran independent business whose focus is to offer excellent fresh food with excellent service. We are a friendly team and we do our best to look after all our staff to the best of our abilities. We can offer a live in position (large double room) sharing with other kitchen members.
This is a contracted and salaried position (salary starting from 28k share of tips approx 5k a year). We are closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.
